To put it very simple and straight:
Phoenix
Pros:
- Like the red and green color
- Some are not Pigmented
- When I applied the light colors it looked very cakey and powdery
Dallas
Pros:
- There are neutral colors so it's perfect for everyday wear and etc.
- Shows very well on the skin
- Haven't had any so far
- When i tried to pack on the light colors, it didn't go on very well with the "wet on wet" technique. Which is basically wetting the eyeshadow and the brush to apply, like watercolors. It's suppose to go on smoothly like liquid eyeliner, but unfortunately it didn't.
